✨ HOW MANY GUESTS SHOULD YOU BOOK FOR?
Our packages cater for up to the number of guests stated. If you have less, unfortunately the price remains the same. 

✨WHAT IF WE HAVE GUEST NOT SHOW UP ON THE DAY AND WE HAVE ALREADY PAID FOR THEM? 
We completely understand your frustrations when this happens. However, we need to ensure we have the correct number of staff working to make sure the party runs to plan. We also have supplies we need to purchase for the party. We ask that payment is made 7 days before the party, for the confirmation number you tell us. If this changes the Wednesday before the party, and you let us know, we are happy to sort out the difference as we can still make changes. Unfortunately changes on the day can not receive a refund.

✨CAN ALL OF THE GUEST PARENTS STAY IN THE VENUE FOR THE PARTY?
You are paying to give your child the best party experience they can have. The party runs best when there are limited adults on the premises. The children tend to feel less embarrassed and shy when there are less adults watching them. We recommend parents kindly 'kiss and drop' their child with our greeting staff. They will make your child feel very comfortable from the moment they walk into our venue

** However; it is your party and if you want the parents to stay, that is entirely your choice but please be aware the party is unlikely to run 100% to plan.

✨CAN CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 3 ATTEND A PARTY?
Yes! Providing the child can be left with the supervising parent and the child must be included in final numbers.

✨DO I NEED TO STAY AT THE PARTY?
The birthday child's parent/caregivers are required to stay for the party.

✨WILL THE KIDS BE SAFE?
Absolutely! We have a high staff to child ratio to ensure our gests are accounted for at all times by staff. The doors to the venue are always closed and guests are asked to show us their parent when they leave.
All staff have WWCC.
They are escorted to the bathroom.
No one can enter via another entrance.

✨CAN A PARTY GUESTS PARENT STAY?

Of course! We want you and your child to feel safe at our venue at all times!

✨WHAT FOOD AND DRINKS ARE SERVED AT YOUR PARTY?
Sausage rolls, party pies, fruit, lollies, popcorn, sugar-free cordial (subject to availability and changes can occur).

✨CAN YOU CATER FOR FOOD INTOLERENCES?
We try our best to cater for any intolerences but sometimes this isn't possible. Please make this known prior to the party as well as notifying our staff who the child is on arrival.
